Ian is a technical founder and operator with 20 years running a digital marketing agency, plus a successful exit in 2020 when he sold his IT support company. His hands-on skill set spans software development, SaaS platforms, databases, paired with operational experience in the leisure sector. More recently, he has been researching and implementing agentic AI solutions across his own business. That work led to the launch of Agentic Leisure — a new venture founded with four experienced individuals whose combined expertise pairs strongly with the demands of agentic AI, bringing commercial, technical, and operational depth to the leisure sector. Ian is an avid motorsport fan and competes in sprints and hill climbs in his Caterham.

Gary, founder and owner of Grenadier Computing has 26 years' experience building highly scalable, resilient software, infrastructure, business intelligence and cyber security solutions, automating workloads and freeing teams to focus on higher value tasks. Worked with direct sales businesses, London-based insurance brokers who specialise in landlord and medical malpractice insurance, UK Government-approved scheme operators responsible for the protection of billions of pounds of tenants' deposits in the private rental sector, and CRM, lead management systems, revenue management tools and integrations into payment systems, for one of the largest holiday park operators in the UK. Richard is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of accounting experience, spending 15 years in accountancy practices across Cornwall, Reading and London, specialising in Audit and Corporate Finance and conducting business in multiple countries. Known for his forensic approach to financial analysis, Richard cuts through complexity to give business owners genuine clarity over their numbers and what they mean for growth. Following his time in practice, Richard spent 6 years as Finance Director and Shareholder for a £6m turnover hospitality company in Cornwall with multiple venues. Richard is an avid surfer and when he isn't focusing on finances, you'll find him chasing waves along the North Coast of Cornwall.

With 30 years of experience spanning Graphic Design, Marketing and Digital — 15 of which have been dedicated to the leisure and hospitality sector — Andrew brings a unique blend of a diverse skill base, deep industry knowledge and a keen commercial instinct to every project he touches. He prides himself on a strategic, communication-led approach to project management, always keeping brand integrity and commercial objectives firmly in focus throughout the entire client journey. Outside of work, Andrew is a keen golfer and is always happy to talk strategy just as easily on the fairway as in the boardroom.
